VIA introduced new Nano 3000 processors for laptops and all-in-one desktops that is compatible with Windows 7 with lower power consumption and multimedia support. It is based on 64-bit ‘Isaiah’ architecture with 1080p HD support

VIA Introduced Nano 3000 Processors

Nano 3000 processors are designed to compete with Intel Atom processors. It will be available in 1.0 – 2.0GHz range clockspeeds. A good features introduced in this new processor is SSE4 instruction and CPU virtualization support.

VIA Nano 3000 Series processor will be released in first quarter 2010. We’ll soon see if this new processor able to compete with Intel Atom processors on the market.
