Verizon BlackBerry Curve 8530 Announced

Verizon has announced a new smartphone on the market, BlackBerry Curve 8530. This phone is expected to be available on the market by November 20th.

BlackBerry Curve 8530 comes with EVDO Rev.A, WiFi support and GPS. It also comes with a full QWERTY keyboard, 2-megapixel digital camera, a 3.5mm headphone socket and dedicated media keys.

Messaging accounts are default features on BlackBerry series such as SMS, MMS, and IM which are also included. A microSD card slot is also equipped for external storage. This smart phone also equipped with 256MB internal memory and 528MHz processor.

A new feature you are going to spot on this series is the lack of the traditional BlackBerry trackball. It has been replaced by a touch-sensitive trackpad as an exchange.

BlackBerry Curve 8530 will be available on November 20th, comes with two colors: black and smoky violet. It is priced $99.99 after $100 rebate and $29.99 two-year signed voice plan contract.
