Upgrade memory on MSI x410 laptop can be done without any assistance from professionals, but in order to succeed, you must have technical knowledge how to do that. In this video, you can follow step-by-step on how to upgrade your laptop memory.

Remember that you should take note how many memory slots your laptop have and what operating system on your notebook system. If you have 32-bit Windows Vista, you can only install 2GB RAM max on your laptop (depends on your BIOS), otherwise it won’t recognize the new RAM or not able to read the full memory. You should get 64-bit Vista or Windows 7 64-bit in order to put more than 2GB RAM on your laptop.
Make sure the RAM is very tight when you insert the new RAM module on the slot.
