Toshiba NB200 Bluetooth and WLAN Drivers for Windows 7

One reason that your Toshiba NB200 netbook running Windows 7 can’t enable Bluetooth or WLAN is not a bug from Windows, but you just need driver updates for your laptop. To fix Fn+F8 keys problem, which you think doesn’t work on Windows 7, you need a software which included in the TVAP – Toshiba Value Added Package. You can now download the package for Windows 7. Be sure to install the 32bit for NB205, it adds all of the FN key functions.

Installing TVAP on NB200 should fix your problem. If you have TCO169300B and have installed it, but none of the function keys work, be sure that you are installing the 32-bit version.
