Sony Vaio SZ is a powerful laptop to do presentations. If you are having trouble and unable to connect laptop to a projector, you may want to try these tips below.
The symptoms are: no display on the projector, and if you do a couple things already such as pressing Fn+F7, stamina mode, speed mode and have tried “Connect to a projector or other external display†but no working solution. All other laptops connected to the projector will automatically detected and show the display, but not yours.
First of all, you need to check the cable. Try different VGA cable to see if that works. If that still not working, try connect to the projector before booting up the laptop or after booting. If all fails, try reinstalling the laptop drivers, that might be another solution.
