If you are looking for Sony MW600 driver for Windows 7, you might having difficulty to make it work under Win 7 because of no laptop drivers are able to make it work on your laptop. However, we have a solution to this problem and you might want to know how to deal with this particular issue.

Having purchased MW600 headset, owners might want to connect it to the PC or laptop. The problem is, no driver is available on Sony website, or even in the packing. In addition, support told one owner that they don’t support third party system.
Windows 7 doesn’t have plug-n-play driver for this headset, so you have to have the exact driver for it to make the headset works. If you have Lenovo laptop, you can try this one out. Windows will give you three actions you can choose from. It suggested an adapter update, which will sent you to Broadcom or Lenovo. The Broadcom driver would work, but you will get a standard hands-free which only produced poor phone audio quality. On the other hand, Lenovo driver which downloaded here works.
To make Sony MW600 headset work under Windows 7 for other laptop or PC, you might want to try install BlueSoleil for Windows 7, which you can download here. It will allow you to use MW 600 as a stereo bluetooth headphones or a mono bluetooth handsfree with a microphone.
After you have installed the software, you can now connect it to your PC. However, you have to keep the window open to keep the connection, because some users reported that closing the “Bluetooth Devices” window made the connection lost.
You will need to use the PC as the media source and the phone as the phone source in order to stop sound hearing from the PC and switching the audio control to the phone.
Sony MW600 for Skype
For Skype, you can tell it to use Bluetooth device as speaker and microphone located in Tools -> Options -> Audio Settings

You don’t have to use bluesoleil to transmitt audio from PC to MW-600, after install lenovo driver for Win 7 to recognize all drivers, just go to Control Panel > Sound > In tab Playback choose Speaker (2-Bluetooth Hands-free Audio) then click Set Dafault, now when I turn on MW600 and connect it to PC, it will use MW600 as default speaker and when I disconnect to turn off Mw600, windows will be use the system sound
it wonderful, good luck.
Thank you for the driver
I’ve found a way to fix this :
1. update your lap top’s bluetooth driver with the latest one (in my case i’ve got the latest from the HP driver site)
2. after the installation is complete connect your MW600 and let it install all of it;s features
3. it will say it’s not fully installed , click finish and than go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Devices and Printers\ Properties on the Mw600 Icon and select SERVICES from the tab and uncheck the SEMC HLA and OK
It worked fine for me , audio headset , handsfree , control etc
HP lap top , win 7 pro 64 bit
The answer:
3. it will say it’s not fully installed , click finish and than go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Devices and Printers\ Properties on the Mw600 Icon and select SERVICES from the tab and uncheck the SEMC HLA and OK
Is correct. Did it work!!! There is a one drive that is required and if you disable the SEMC HLA service, it will work fine…
good help!
