Sony has announced their new compact digital camera, Sony Cyber-shot DSC-H55 which comes with 25mm wide-angle lens, 10x optical zoom Sony G lens. This camera equipped with 14.1MP CCD sensor and 3-inch LCD monitor.

Sony Cyber-shot DSC-H55 is a perfect digital camera combination to take with you on vacation or on the go, offering crystal clear LCD display with 230,400 pixel resolution. No worry about blurry pictures as this cam also equipped with Optical SteadyShot image stabilization with Active Mode, which lets you to record smooth movie even walking while shooting.
DSC-H55 can also be a camcoder, with capability of recording HD movie at 720p (1280×720 pixel resolution) and 30fps. Memory supported are Memory Stick PRO Duo and Class-4 and above SD/SDHC formats. Other standard features are sweep panorama to take panorama pictures, Easy modes, iAuto and smile shutter.
With 103×58x29 mm in dimension and weigh only 170 gr, Sony Cybershot H55 digital camera will hit the market in April 2010 for $250 and available in two colors: black and silver.
