Got problem on your Lenovo Thinkpad T400? This fix is for delaying boot and hang on restart problem. You might getting this problem when you are running Windows Vista x64 SP2 on your Lenovo netbook. You may notice that after the POST appears (when you are rebooting the machine), black screen with blinking line showed up on the top left corner for 5-10 minutes before you see Vista is loading.
