KND K1850 is the first Pine Trail Atom Nettop spotted in China. This all-in-one desktop PC comes with 1.66GHz dual-core Intel Atom D510 processor, 18.6-inch display, 2GB RAM, 250GB hard drive and DVD drive. Other features are WiFi, ethernet card, USB ports and a multiformat card reader.
A great innovation on the netbook is the single chipset which combine Pineview CPU and both the memory and graphic controllers. This is accompanied by a separate I/O controller called Tiger Point. Intel claim this to be a great reduction on heat output, increase on speed, and in the end, more battery life can be expected or even this computer can go fanless.
No words on released of KND K1850 on US or Europe markets.
