When you are working in MS Word, during fast typing it would type “aaa”, “fff” and other letters that always appear on the document. The light on “Caps Lock” might be also on even if you press the caps lock for many times to turn it off.

Before you decided to remove the laptop keyboard, check with USB keyboard to make sure that it’s the laptop keyboard actually the problem. Usually on HP laptops, you will need to remove screws that is underneat the laptop to open it. If it is all done, disconnect the laptop keyboard and then reconnect it.
