iPhone is definitely the most popular phone in the world, and Windows 7 is the new OS that Microsoft have that many users favors upon. Unfortunately, popularity doesn’t mean compatibility. Those two don’t get along well.

According to engadget, the Intel’s quality control team missed an issue between Apple’s app carier deluxe and the P55 Express chipset’s USB controller. It seems the chipset is causing the problem of incompatibility between iPhone and Windows 7.

Syncing issues also have been reported on Apple’s support forum, where Windows 7 recognizes the iPhone but displaying error message “error 0xE8000065″ when doing sync.

Some users capable of using PCI-based USB card, but this have been a major issue for iPhone user and at the same time as Windows 7 users. We’ll see in the near future for better compatibility between the two giants.
