HP tx2z Touchmart is a 12.1-inch Laptop which comes with 2.4GHz AMD Turion X2 Ultra Dual-Core ZM-86 and 4GB DDR2 RAM. It has dual-mode tablet display with a fun design. A good match for those of you who would like a tablet but want to get rid of that nerd or business look. Many people judge this notebook to be more of a consumer laptop than for business needs because of the design, mediocre battery life, not impressive performance and lags on touch-screen response.
The tx2z also comes with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3200 and 400GB hard drive. Despite the glossy and titanium finish with HP imprint pattern, this ultraportable laptop offers a 12.1-inch wide-screen LCD which has 1,280×800 native resolution, which is a standard on the market. On the other hand, the notebook also equipped with a dual-mode display in order to use a digital pen for drawing and taking notes while you on the go.
If you are going to install Windows 7 into it, you can surely plug up to 8GB memory on the notebook. Bottomline, HP tx2z Touchmart is more for a leisure kind of thing, but no business eye-candy built inside of it.
