If you are trying to downgrade HP Pavilion dv9515ca from Windows Vista to XP, you might miss some drivers such as audio, video and networking. You can download the necessary drivers down below.
To make things work again, you can use Intel 945 chipset driver to install the neccessary drivers. XP drivers from V6700TX also works with network ethernet, which is an Intel Pro wireless card.
Install Intel Chipset Installation Utility for ICH8 first and then restart your laptop before installing othe drivers.
