Google Nexus One Superphone Officially Announced

Google has officially announced the launch of its new smartphone, Google Nexus One which is built by HTC. It comes with 3.7-inch WVGA AMOLED touch screen, 5MP autofocus camera, 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset and also voice-to-text feature for lazy people to avoid using the touchscreen at all. Best of all, it is based on the latest OS, Android 2.1.

Other than basic phone functions, it also acts as a camcoder, capable of recording video at 720×480 pixels at 20fps. For network connectivity, Nexus One also equipped with WiFi and bluetooth support. Moreover, this smart phone combine all of Google Mobile apps suite, including Search, Maps, GMail, YouTube, Google Talk and Google Voice. Picture album is also equipped using Picasa Web Albums with 3D interface of new Cooliris Gallery application.
