Fix Pavilion DV2 Unknown Device in Windows 7

These article shows you how to fix HP Pavilion DV2 when you get unknown device message with exclamation mark in the Device manager after you have installed Windows 7.

You may found out that there the problem occurs on “ATi PCI Express (3GIO) Filter Driver”. There are two steps on fixing this problem, first is to download “HP ProtectSmart Hard Drive” here and then download and install second update laptop drivers here. After installing these updates you should be fine.
