Did your volume touch bar button on HP 6530p laptop keeps to go to the Max? You might want to disable the touch bar by using scroll bar on the touch bar area which can be used to manipulate the volume. If you can’t disable touch bar button on HP6530p because it keeps coming back to the full volume, you can try this one out.

The physical volume slider might be the culprit of the problem, not the software. So this one might need a real technician. But if you want to fix it yourself, you can take the battery out, and unscrew 3 screws that hold the volume/button bar. Take the plastics off and disconnect the bar. Hope this works out for your notebook.
