You should see two devices on the device manager, “Intel High Definition Audio HDMI” and “Mobile Intel 4 series Express Chipset Family”. Now, you should install Intel display driver which you can download from ThinkPad SL series support website. The driver would install video card driver and HDMI port as well.

If you have HDMI and video not working, you should try uninstalling graphic card driver, restart your machine, and then install it again. One driver might be missing in the process so you should try reinstalling the laptop drivers.
