Fix Acer Aspire 5536 Missing On-Screen Symbols Problem on Windows 7

If you have a problem on your Acer Aspire 5536 laptop, especially when the notebook is running Windows 7 and you notice that some of the On-Screen Symbols are missing, don’t worry since we have the fix. Some users reports that pressing volume ‘+’ or ‘-’ buttons causing a small Icon would appear on the screen showing a speaker graphic and a moving  ‘|||||||’ bar. Acer 5536 Laptop Problem

Looks like the problem was caused by a missing Acer applications when users trying to install Windows 7 by running Acer Upgrade Adviser first. It is the “Launch Manager” driver that is missing from your laptop.

If the Windows 7 driver don’t work, try using driver for Vista. Download it from Acer’s website, install the driver on your Acer 5536 notebook, and restart your machine. Your On-Screen keyboard should be fine by now.

    Whoa Thanks soo much it worked!!! I have the Extensa 5635z Model and it still works for that two! To download the file for your model, you have to go to the acer support download center, and click the application section. You should see the file in there.
