Dell has announced a new line of laptop, Dell Precision M6500 with dual-core processor and 17-inch monitor screen. This update is recently announced shortly after the update of Dell Latitude 13. This notebook comes with dual-core i5/i7 processor from Quad Core Extreme Edition model and faster RAM at 1066MHz, 1333MHz and 1600MHz. Currently the notebook is available with Intel Core i7-920XM Quad Core Extreme Edition.

One cool thing you can expect to get from Dell Precision M6500 is the support for RAID 5 and three internal storage on and a 64GB SSD MiniCard with maximum configuration of 1TB. Other features are USB 3.0, 3.2MP camera support Gobi 2.0 (optional) so that they can offer maximum flexibility.
This new notebook support Microsoft Windows 7 32-bit and 64-bit, Vista, XP and Red Hat Linux 5.3 64-bit. Dual core versions of the Dell Precision M6500 will be available in late February 2010.
