Canon XF305 and XF300 Camcorders has been released to the market and these models are targetted for professionals. It is claimed to be the first models which features MPEG-2 4:2:2 50Mbps codec for capturing and recording HD videos with 1920×1080 native resolution into a Compact Flash (CF) cards.
Both models featured 0.52-inch viewfinder with 1.55 MP resolution, 0.4-inch LCD monitor with 1.23 MP resolution, Genuine Canon 18x HD L-series lens with SuperRange Optical Image Stabilizer (OIS) system, DIGIC DV III Image Processor, Face Detection technology, built-in stereo mic and dual XLR inputs for external audio.
The Canon XF305 and Canon XF300 Professional Camcorders are going to hit the market in June with price of $7,999 and $6,799 respectively.
