Buffalo Technology has released their new Buffalo Dualie, a gadget which combines portable hard disk drive and a docking station for iPhone and/or iPod users. It is claimed to be the world’s first portable HDD and docking station in one, allowing users to sync and charge Apple iPhone/iPod at the same time. The external hard disk drive features 500GB, large enough to store your precious data on the go.
Buffalo Dualie comes with a great design, features stylish brushed aluminium and black soft-touch two-tone finish, matching the iPhone and iPod manufacturer’s design. It also includes Mac-formatted 500GB USB 2.0 and FireWire 800 2.5-inch portable hard drive with 2-port USB hub on the docking station.
The docking station can be used for iPhone 3G/3GS, iPod touch 2nd generation, iPod classic 120GB and iPod nano 5th generation. Buffalo Dualie support Apple Time Machine and can be purchased via www.apple.com and Apple Store for $250.
