First of all, 7500 is not supported on Win7 or Vista, but you can still do the following steps to make the OS recognize the graphic card.

  1. Download this driver
  2. Once it is done, extract the file to C:\ATI
  3. Go to C:\ATI with Windows Explorer and search for *.inf
  4. Note the location of CL_89303.inf (example:  C:\ATI\Support\9-11_legacy_vista32-64_dd_ccc\Packages\Drivers\Display\LH_INF)
  5. Go to device manager and right click on Video card (Standard VGA)
  6. Update driver software, choose browse my computer and let me pick. After that, pick have disk and browse. Navigate to C:\ATI\Support\9-11_legacy_vista32-64_dd_ccc\Packages\Drivers\Display\LH_INF
  7. Double click on CL_8903.inf file
  8. Click OK
  9. Click Next
  10. Wait until it is installed successfully.

Restart your machine after ati radeon 7500 windows 7 installation is done.
