Asus has unveiled a new tablet netbook on the street, Asus Eee PC T101MT which comes with 10-inch touchscreen display with 1024×600 pixel resolution that can be fold down with support for multitouch. This netbook preloaded with Windows 7 Home Premium and equipped with Asus TouchGate software to utilize touch inputs.
Asus is going to ship the T101MT in April. In Italy, this touchscreen netbook will be available for 499 Euros. Meanwhile in US, the netbook is cost around $499 which is considered a price to compete with upcoming Apple iPad, which cost also $499.
Asus Eee PC T101MT comes with 1.66GHz Intel Atom N450 processor, GMA 3150 integrated graphic card, 2GB RAM, 320GB HDD, 802.11b/b/gn WiFi support, bluetooth, 0.3MP webcam, and battery which can last up to 6 hours. Other inputs are VGA, mic, headphone jacks, 3xUSB ports, SDHC card reader.
