AT&T has unveiled a new rugged smartphone, Airo Wireless A25is, which meet the specifications of IP 67 and MIL STD 810-F. It is waterproof up to 1.5 meters of water for half an hours and can operate in extreme temperatures from -20°C to 50°C.
This cellular GSM is able to operate under 850/900/1800/1900 MHz network range. Preloaded with Windows Mobile 6.0/6.1 Professional, this mobile phone is powered with Processor XScale PXA270 clocked at 416 MHz, 128MB RAM, 128MB ROM, MiniSD slot, 2.8-inch touchscreen display with 240×320 pixel resolution, GPS receiver, Bluetooth 2.0, USB 2.0, optional WiFi. The battery capacity is 1570mAh. Airo Wireless A25is is now available via AT&T.
